I’ve lost 6-7 pounds, feel healthier, and am able to bypass my mind’s desire to reach for food when I’m bored/anxious/avoiding something else.

I’m listening to my body instead of my trickster brain, and honoring what my body tells me. I want to let you know how much I appreciate all the ways you have helped me to learn about myself, how to handle situations, how to be aware of my thoughts, how to feed my body with nutritious food, the endless healthy and delicious recipes to make for me and my family, suggestions about vitamins and probiotics and helping me to understand how I am worthy just as I am. You have given me so many gifts over the past year, too many to list and, thank you, just doesn’t seem like enough.
Working with you as my coach has been wonderful, I have never had a coach before and have come to realize the benefits.

Permanent weight-loss is not about quick fixes, supplements and superfoods.
Sometimes we think we need a quick fix to get us motivated but that never works because we didn’t get to the root cause of your problem. So, often we wind up 5 or 10 lbs heavier than when we first started which only makes us feel worse about ourselves.
I can tell you it’s not always about the food although that is a big part of becoming your healthiest-self and losing weight.
