As long as I remember, cooking and nutrition has always been my passion. Training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition has truly turned this passion into a real career, helping people get healthy naturally.
In today’s stress-filled world, we have relied on convenience food that our bodies are not designed to digest, over-burdening our schedules leaving little time for ourselves, having jobs we hate going to and taking prescriptions for chronic illnesses that are leading to more symptoms and new illnesses. With this kind of lifestyle and example we are setting up our children for even greater health problems than we even have now.
I wanted a part in helping others see that our body is meant to heal if we give it the right food, feed our mind the right material and take responsibility for our own health. It intuitively helped me look inward to heal myself, as well. We only get one life. IIN has helped me change not only my life for the better but I get to help another human being and for that there is no greater gift.
